• Experience of outbound calling - high volume Involvement in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to use own initiative and manage own workload
• Customer Service experience
• Strategic with a commercial edge to seek out and maximise potential to grown count and revenue
• Involvement in a fast-paced work environment
• Previous experience of working within the Health & Leisure Industry

£25,441 base salary + uncapped commission, with on‑target earnings (OTE) of £5,000

Your role will be to work in a fast-paced environment making high volume outbound calls to members who are leaving or members who have missed a payment, in order to help with the overall attrition of the company

You'll be working in a challenging yet fun outbound calling team, the main focus of this role is to retain members within the business and you will do this by proactively calling our members
