As a Relationship Banking Manager, you will deliver an exceptional relationship management service to a portfolio of high-net-worth and affluent clients, building trusted partnerships and gaining a deep understanding of their financial goals and ambitions.

You will identify opportunities to meet your clients' banking and financial needs through our range of personal banking products and by connecting them with specialist colleagues for regulated financial solutions. Through a proactive and customer-focused approach, you will help grow and deepen client relationships while maximising business opportunities and delivering excellent outcomes.

A key part of the role will involve proactively attracting and acquiring new profitable client relationships, expanding our presence within the high-net-worth market.

Your skills:

• A strong track record of delivering personalised, high-quality experiences for clients.
• Ability to understand clients' financial circumstances, identify evolving needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions or specialist support.
• Confidence in assessing financial opportunities and helping clients make informed decisions aligned with their goals.
• Ability to build trust and influence effectively across clients, colleagues and professional networks.
• A collaborative mindset, working across teams and specialist functions to deliver positive client and commercial outcomes

Desirable Skills:

• An awareness around the various stages of customers home buying mortgage journey in both the direct and intermediary channels
• Experience in working with and supporting affluent or high-net-worth clients
