Facilities Welfare Cleaner | Rochdale

Take ownership of maintaining exceptional hygiene standards across our offices and welfare areas in a dynamic site environment.

  • Cleaning offices, canteens, reception areas and toilets, including logistics and engineering areas.
  • Replenishing essential PPE and uniforms required for daily production operations.
  • Operating floor cleaning machinery (full training provided) and tracking stock requirements.
  • Liaising with other departments, completing external litter picking and reporting any facility damage promptly.
What you will bring

We are looking for an approachable, flexible and proactive team member who can plan their work effectively and deliver high-quality results. You will need strong time-management skills to take full ownership of your daily responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience: Proven, hands-on experience in a professional cleaning role.
  • Soft Skills: An approachable, flexible and proactive mindset with the ability to manage your time and build good relationships across departments.
