Graduate Sales Development Representative

• Experience in outbound sales, SDR, or BDR roles is preferred
• High comfort with cold outreach and objection handling
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, MSPs, or SaaS preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience.

The annual base salary range for this position is 40,000-45,000 GBP. The actual compensation will depend on several factors, including level of seniority and relevant experience.

• Identify and engage MSP and MSSP prospects across EMEA
• Run structured outbound sequences across phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Conduct discovery calls to qualify business and technical fit
• Schedule high quality meetings for Partner Acquisition Managers and Channel Account Managers
• Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline reporting
• Consistently exceed monthly activity and opportunity targets
