About the Role

As a Regional Recruiter, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple care homes, partnering with Home Managers and operational teams to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions.

This is a varied hybrid role combining candidate sourcing and onboarding, employer branding, recruitment marketing and stakeholder management. You'll also spend time visiting homes across the region to build relationships and support local recruitment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle across a variety of care home roles.
• Create engaging job adverts and recruitment marketing campaigns across job boards and social media.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates, coordinating interviews and maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
• Build strong relationships with Home Managers and operational teams to understand recruitment needs.
• Attend careers fairs, recruitment events and community initiatives to promote Crystal Care Collection.
• Produce recruitment reports, monitor market trends and identify opportunities to improve attraction strategies.
• Support wider recruitment and people projects across the region.
• Represent Crystal Care Collection professionally and positively at all times.
• Visit at least one care home each week to maintain visibility and strengthen local partnerships.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Essential

• Has at least two years' recruitment experience.
• Is organised, proactive and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Is experienced in staff onboarding and using recruitment systems, job boards and social media.
• Is confident working independently while collaborating with a wider team.
• Holds a full UK driving licence and is willing to travel regularly across the South East.

Desirable

• Experience recruiting and onboarding within Health & Social Care.
• Multi-site recruitment experience.
• Knowledge of safer recruitment and safeguarding practices.

Working Pattern

• Monday - Friday
• 9:00am - 5:00pm
• 40 hours per week
• Hybrid working with regular travel across the South East Region.

Salary

£35,000 - £40,000 per annum
