Requirements
What we're looking for
Ideal candidate should have at least one year experience working in a busy Food & Beverage department. Previous knowledge of conference set up is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.

The role
You will assist in the smooth running of the Food & Beverage areas ensuring an efficient and effective operation. The role involves working within our busy restaurant and bar outlets, ensuring our guests receive the highest level of service.
What you'll do
Food & Beverage role will include:
- To provide attentive service to all customers during their meal / drink;
- To ensure that all food and drinks are served properly, up to the hotel standards;
- To offer exceptional level of customer service at all the time;
- To serve all guests in a professional and efficient manner;
- To recommend dishes and up sell on wines and drinks
- To ensure that all stores are in order and tidied on a regular basis.
