The role

Talent Acquisition Advisor 12 Month FTC

What you'll do

Help shape a fast, compliant and candidate-focused hiring experience across our UK store network. You'll support high-volume recruitment, hard-to-fill locations and the systems and processes that keep hiring moving.

We didn't become a global coffee brand by sitting back. When you work here, you join a community that values passion, progression and integrity, with some brilliant perks to sweeten the deal:

Being a Talent Acquisition Advisor is about creating a smooth, inclusive and efficient hiring experience for our store teams. It's your chance to make an impact at scale, which means you'll be:

Keep recruitment guides, processes and system information accurate, while helping Store Managers build confidence in best-practice hiring.

Build effective relationships with partners including the DWP and media providers to improve visibility and attraction in priority locations.

Coordinate Dayforce testing and maintain the TA testing tracker, working with People Systems to identify and resolve issues.

Guide candidates and hiring managers through the recruitment process, supporting offers and delivering against agreed service levels.

Own recruitment activity for hard-to-fill stores, monitoring applications, directly sourcing candidates and keeping hiring managers updated.

What you'll do

Who you are

It's your unique ingredients we're interested in:

A strong working knowledge of recruitment, with experience supporting candidates and hiring managers in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organisation and communication skills, with the confidence to manage competing priorities, targets and service levels.

An understanding of recruitment compliance and governance, including right to work and GDPR.

Experience using an applicant tracking system; knowledge of job boards and candidate attraction channels is also useful but not essential

A collaborative, resilient and improvement-focused approach. Retail operations or customer service experience would be an advantage.

Where you'll work:

Right now, our Support Centre teams work flexibly, blending home working with in-person time whenever it matters most - whether that's a team moment, a creative session, or simply coming together to share ideas.

We're excited to be moving into a new home for our brand in St Albans in January 2027 - an inspiring space from which our Support Centre teams will work three days a week to connect and collaborate in-person to bring our bold ambition to life.

For any reasonable adjustments or general queries, please get in touch with our Talent Acquisition team.
