The role

At Costa Coffee, we're all about crafting great coffee and memorable moments. As a Team Leader, you'll bring energy, confidence and support to every shift. We also offer flexible shifts to suit you and the store.

What you'll do

Lead smooth, efficient shifts

Train and support new Baristas

Energise and motivate your team

Maintain high standards across service and coffee excellence

Use resourcefulness and adaptability to keep everything running well

How you'll work

Team Leader, 28hrs per week. 18+ due to key holding and cash handling responsibilities

Shifts vary 8am-8pm (with exceptions of late night shopping and Next sale hours)

Shorter bank holiday trade - closed Boxing Day and Easter Sunday
