The role

The Bar & Lounge Manager at Kerridge's is responsible for the overall management and operation of the bar and lounge, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, outstanding beverage quality and consistently high standards of service in line with the reputation of Kerridge's. The role involves leading, motivating and developing the bar team, overseeing daily operations, managing financial performance, controlling costs and driving revenue through innovative beverage offerings and guest engagement. The Bar & Lounge Manager will work closely with the Director of Food & Beverage, restaurant management, kitchen and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service and operational efficiency. As a key member of the Food & Beverage team, the Bar & Lounge Manager will champion luxury hospitality, uphold Corinthia Standards, LQA and Forbes service expectations, and foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our heart, head and hands play a part in everything we do. By caring about the art of hospitality and perfecting every detail, we work together to uplift the lives of others. There is nothing quite like the satisfaction of providing an unrivalled service that is greatly admired.

Kerridge's is the first London restaurant by Tom Kerridge and the Hand & Flowers team.

From Marlow we've brought much of our produce and inspiration to create wonderful dishes, and a relaxed and unstuffy eye for hospitality. All these have found a home in the extraordinary surroundings of Corinthia London.

If you are passionate about delivering an exquisite service within a 5-star environment, then we would like to hear from you.
