Lead our Padstow residential sales team and shape how the branch grows. You'll take ownership of branch performance, coach your team to achieve their targets and help them build the skills to take the next step in their careers.

You will take an active role in valuing and listing properties, building strong local relationships and embedding a culture of professionalism, progression and success. This is a hands-on leadership role with clear career pathways and long-term opportunities.
