School Catering Supervisor in Truro

You'll lead our catering team on shift, keeping the food great, the service slick and the team motivated from open to close.

• Supervising our catering team on shift to keep delivering impeccable food and customer service
• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards
• Supporting and training the team, leading by example so everyone can excel
• Liaising between customers and the team to keep exceeding expectations
• Keeping your manager up to date on how each shift is going
• Making sure the team follows Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards on every shift

We're currently recruiting a School Catering Supervisor to join Chartwells on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week, working 5 day shifts a week, Monday to Saturday.

Please note: This role is contracted to 43.2 weeks per year

Our ideal School Catering Supervisor will:

• Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
• Have experience supervising a catering team, or be ready to take your first step up
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate, or be willing to gain one
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills
• Stay calm and positive under pressure
• Be motivated and always looking to learn
