The role
As a Housekeeper at Kents Hill Park, you'll help keep our venue looking its best and make sure every guest enjoys a comfortable and welcoming stay.
What you'll do
Cleaning and preparing bedrooms to a high standard, ensuring they are ready for incoming guests.
Maintaining cleanliness across guest areas, corridors and communal spaces.
Changing bed linen, replenishing towels and restocking guest amenities.
Ensuring all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored correctly.
Reporting any maintenance issues, damages or lost property to the relevant team.
Working closely with the wider housekeeping and hotel team to keep everything running smoothly.
Taking pride in the details and helping us deliver a brilliant guest experience every time.

We’re looking for...
We’re looking for a friendly, hardworking Housekeeper to join the team at Kents Hill Park on a zero-hours basis. You’ll play an important part in making sure our bedrooms and guest areas are clean, comfortable and welcoming, helping us create a great experience for everyone who stays with us.

What we're looking for
A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine pride in your work.
Good attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Someone who is reliable, organised and happy to roll up their sleeves.
A team player who is also comfortable working independently.
Good communication skills and a friendly approach.
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience would be great, but isn't essential – we'll give you the support and training you need.
