As a Commis Chef, you’ll play a key role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests. From preparing fresh ingredients to cooking and presenting dishes to a high standard, your contributions will help ensure smooth, efficient kitchen operations. You’ll work side-by-side with talented chefs, gaining hands-on experience and developing your culinary skills in a supportive and professional environment.

Your day-to-day will include helping with food prep, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, supporting service during busy periods, and ensuring strict hygiene and safety standards are met. You’ll also be trusted with your own section as you grow in confidence and skill. We’re big on development – so expect feedback, ongoing training, and opportunities to rise through the ranks!

We’re looking for someone who’s reliable, motivated, and bursting with enthusiasm for all things food. A good understanding of kitchen safety, a team spirit, and a can-do attitude are must-haves.
