What you'll get

The role
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Chef de Partie to help us create exceptional food experiences for Vacherin on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.
As a Chef de Partie, you will be working in a passionate and hard-working team to create an outstanding culinary experience for our corporate client based in the heart of Newcastle (Helix) and become a part of the market-leading food service company in the UK.
What you'll do
- Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers in our staff restaurant and hospitality client suite.
- Supporting Head Chef in running day to day operation.
- Opportunity to support the Head Chef in delivering Fine Dining experience to our clients.
- Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator
- Representing Vacherin values (Bold, Precise, Personal) and maintaining a positive brand image.
- Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
- Complying with Health & Safety regulations
How you'll work
- Strong work-life balance with Monday to Friday working hours and predictable shift patterns. Never work weekends or Bank Holidays again.
- Great operational training and development opportunities
Here's an idea of what your shift patterns will be: Mon-Fri (07:30am – 15:30pm)
