The role

This 18-month assignment is an opportunity to play a central role in advancing the Global Finance Academy at an important point in the evolution of Finance.

Working within the Global CFO Office and in close partnership with P&O, Finance leaders, subject matter experts and external partners, you will translate priority capability needs into practical, high-impact learning experiences for our global Finance community.

You will lead a portfolio of priority programmes, including Finance AI Training, Fraud Awareness Training and other capability priorities identified by the IFLT for 2027.

Depending on the programme, you may design the learning solution directly or work with internal experts and specialist external partners. In all cases, your role will be to shape the approach, ensure its relevance for Finance, bring the right people together and drive implementation, adoption and impact.

At the end of the 18-month assignment, priority Finance capability programmes will have been successfully mobilised and delivered, with stronger approaches to adoption and impact measurement. The Finance Academy will also have a stronger network of contributors, reusable programme assets and ways of working that support future Finance capability priorities.

What you'll do

  • Translate Finance capability priorities into clear, actionable learning programmes, including Finance AI Training, Fraud Awareness Training and other priorities identified by the IFLT for 2027.
  • Shape, design and deliver high-impact, scalable capability programmes, developing solutions directly where appropriate or working with internal experts and external partners where specialist expertise is required.
  • Build and mobilise a strong internal faculty, enabling Finance subject matter experts to contribute their expertise to engaging and relevant learning experiences.
  • Act as a central connector across Finance, P&O, subject matter experts and external partners, ensuring initiatives are aligned, relevant and connected to broader capability priorities.
  • Lead end-to-end programme implementation, including planning, stakeholder engagement, governance, communications and global deployment, while ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Measure programme adoption and impact and continuously improve the Academy offering, with a focus on practical application, behaviour change and business relevance.
