Job Description

We're hiring Support Workers in Handforth and nearby areas. At Cera, you'll play a vital role in improving the lives of vulnerable individuals by offering care and support tailored to their needs. You'll help someone with everyday tasks-both at home and out in the community-so they can live more independently and enjoy a fuller social life. This could include helping with admin, joining them at social events, or supporting them at college.
