The role
Castore exists for one single reason - to make athletes better. Our ethos is built upon the philosophy of BETTER NEVER STOPS, an ideal deeply infused in our DNA and something we strive to live every single day. We utilise advanced engineering and unique technical fabrics to create the highest quality sportswear in the world for athletes who demand the very best. Designed with a passion for innovation with specialist features to help to optimise athletic performance in all conditions.
The founders' vision is to build Castore into a brand respected across the globe for a deep and unrelenting commitment to engineering the highest quality sportswear in the world, with no stone left unturned in its search for innovation and performance enhancement.
The sportswear market has been dominated by a small clique of mass-market brands and the vision is for Castore to be a premium alternative to these, the natural brand of choice for discerning athletes who demand the very best.
We're looking for a Paid Media Executive to join our performance team, working across the Castore Group's portfolio of brands: Castore, Belstaff and Grenson. This is a hands-on, performance-focused role with a strong emphasis on PPC and Paid Search, particularly Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Bing), while also supporting Paid Social activity across platforms such as Meta and TikTok.
You'll help plan, build, manage and optimise campaigns that drive qualified traffic, revenue and profitable growth across three distinct brands. Each has its own audience, positioning and commercial priorities, so you'll need to adapt your approach to suit performance sportswear, premium lifestyle and footwear.
Working closely with the wider Performance, Marketing, Creative and Trading teams, you'll use data and testing to identify opportunities, improve campaign efficiency and support each brand's growth. We're looking for someone who is curious, analytical and comfortable working at pace across multiple accounts, with the opportunity to develop their PPC expertise while contributing to Paid Social.
What you'll do
• Support the planning, setup, management and optimisation of PPC campaigns across Castore, Belstaff and Grenson, with a primary focus on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Bing).
• Help manage campaign structures, budgets, bids, search queries, keywords, ad copy and product feeds, identifying opportunities to improve traffic quality, conversion and return on ad spend.
• Carry out keyword research and search-term analysis to understand demand, uncover growth opportunities and inform campaign development across brands, product categories and markets.
• Monitor PPC performance regularly, investigate changes in spend and results, and make data-led optimisations in line with each brand's objectives and budget.
• Support Paid Social campaign setup, trafficking, optimisation and reporting across channels such as Meta and TikTok, working with the team to ensure activity complements the wider performance strategy.
• Analyse campaign results and prepare clear, actionable reports for the Performance team and brand stakeholders, using metrics such as revenue, ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, traffic and spend.
• Work with the Performance team to test and learn across campaign types, bidding strategies, audiences, keywords, landing pages, creative and messaging.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing and Trading teams to coordinate campaign assets, promotions, product priorities and landing pages, ensuring activity reflects each brand's identity and commercial calendar.
• Keep up to date with competitor activity, platform developments and paid media best practice, sharing ideas that could improve performance across the Group.
• Support consistent campaign processes and reporting across the three brands, while recognising their different audiences, price points, product ranges and business goals.
Skills & Experience
• Ideally 1-2 years' hands-on experience in paid media, particularly PPC/Paid Search, gained in an agency or in-house environment; a recent Marketing graduate with a strong interest in performance marketing will also be considered.
• A good understanding of Google Ads and/or Microsoft Advertising, including campaign setup, keyword targeting, search-term analysis, bidding and performance optimisation.
• An understanding of core performance marketing metrics, attribution and how success measures can differ by brand, channel and campaign objective.
• Confidence working with performance data and budgets, with an interest in improving ROAS, CPA, conversion rate and overall campaign efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence using Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with GA4, Looker or similar reporting tools is an advantage.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach, with a test-and-learn mindset and the confidence to investigate performance changes and recommend actions.
• Good organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities across multiple brands and campaigns.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with Performance, Marketing, Creative and Trading colleagues.
• An interest in sport, premium fashion and/or footwear, and a curiosity about the different audiences and opportunities across these categories.
• Experience working in an agency or managing campaigns across multiple brands or accounts.
• Hands-on experience with Google Merchant Center, Shopping campaigns, Performance Max or product-feed optimisation.
• Experience in eCommerce, particularly direct-to-consumer (DTC).
• Experience supporting Paid Social campaigns on Meta and/or TikTok.
• Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, feed-management tools or other paid media reporting and optimisation platforms.
• An understanding of performance creative best practice and how ad messaging, assets and landing pages influence results.
