As a Cloud & Infrastructure Senior Analyst, you'll help enhance and transform cloud and infrastructure services, improving the technology experience for colleagues and clients. You'll combine hands-on technical ownership with project leadership, cloud migration and continuous improvement.

This role can be based in either our Southampton or Jersey offices.

• Own assigned infrastructure products, developing deep expertise and taking responsibility for their development and support.
• Design, manage and improve cloud systems with security and privacy built in from the outset.
• Lead infrastructure projects from inception through implementation and handover to operational support.
• Maintain and improve services including Microsoft 365, Windows, VMware, Citrix, networks, storage and backups.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and work with users, suppliers and technical teams to resolve complex issues.

You're analytical, proactive and security-minded, comfortable working independently and prioritising complex technical work. You combine strong problem-solving with excellent customer service and collaborative working.
