Victoria Manor Care Home is a 30 bed care home located in the attractive residential area of Whitley, just outside Coventry, West Midlands. Providing residential and residential dementia care, the home offers a warm, welcoming environment where colleagues deliver high quality, person centred care and make a real difference to the lives of Residents every day.

Role Overview
As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.

You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.

What We Are Looking For

Contract: Full Time

Shift Type: Days

Contracted hours: 33hrs per week

• A caring, compassionate and respectful approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A reliable and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Previous experience is beneficial but not essential
• SVQ/NVQ Level 2 is desirable or willingness to work towards
