To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.

To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.

Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.

Some posts are restricted to sole UK Nationals for security reasons; therefore, you may be asked about your citizenship in the application process.

The role

As a Product Management Consultant, you will work with our customers to define, build and improve excellent digital products and services. In Domains UK we specialise in digital transformation and believe that being product-centric is essential to achieving meaningful outcomes. We champion user-centred thinking and work with our clients to both design change and support full delivery of change.

We consider ourselves 'product people' and work across the different definitions of 'product owner' and 'product manager' with our clients. Alongside delivering excellent product management to our clients, we need someone who can help build our product management capability internally and help grow our knowledge base.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and business case development through to launch and continuous improvement.
  • Translate user insights, customer needs, and business goals into clear product roadmaps and prioritised backlogs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including UX, research, engineering, change, and operations to deliver user-centred digital products.
  • Use data, performance metrics, and market insights to drive decision-making, measure success, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to team capability by sharing best practice, developing methods, and coaching colleagues and graduates.

Your skills and experience

  • Experience as a product manager / product owner either in industry or in consulting
  • Agile by default - strong knowledge of agile development practices
  • Fantastic consulting skills - facilitating workshops, solving complex problems, writing documents, delivering compelling messages, gaining trust, working with uncertainty, thinking on your feet! - will all be second nature to you
  • You - bring your values, energy, motivation and sense of humor to add to and enhance our team and culture

Hiring process

1 interview

  • Submitting your application takes 3 to 5 minutes (name, contact details, CV and optional cover letter).
  • When you accept the offer you receive a pre-boarding plan and an invitation to the monthly RISE welcome event.
