Reporting directly to the UK HR Director, this role sits at the heart of the UK HR leadership team and plays a critical role in shaping and delivering the people agenda across multiple business units and operating models.
This position supports a combined employee population of c.3,800 people across consulting, applications, delivery, and specialist business units, operating within a highly matrixed environment with both UK and global interfaces. The role requires strong strategic judgement, hands-on leadership, and the ability to operate credibly with senior leaders across the business.
As HR Director for a broad and varied set of UK business areas, you will lead and deliver the people agenda in alignment with Capgemini's country and group HR strategies. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, ensuring people priorities support business performance, client delivery, and long-term capability.
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
