Promote services and products that genuinely help our guests.
Keep our systems sharp - accurate records, clear communication, and top-notch compliance.

As a Service Advisor at New Forest, you're the heartbeat of our Service operation. You'll be the friendly face and the calm voice that guides our guests through servicing, repairs, and everything in between. No two days are the same - and that's just how we like it!

Who You Are

A confident, ambitious individual who thrives on delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
Empathetic, organised, and a natural communicator.
2 years' experience in Luxury or Premium aftersales departments and ready to bring the passion.
Tech-savvy and process-driven.
Holder of a full clean UK Driving Licence.
