The role
We're looking for an ambitious Transaction Manager to support the leadership of our Škoda showroom and help drive exceptional sales performance.
What you'll do
You'll play a hands-on role motivating the sales team, maximising profitability across new and used vehicles, finance and insurance, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Support and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Drive new & used vehicle sales and profitability
- Be fully deal-capable and customer-facing
- Ensure showroom standards, stock control, and compliance
- Support training, development, and sales campaigns
