The role

We're looking to hire a Bartender to join Angela Hartnett's Cafe Murano.

To join us the successful Bartender will

  • Provide professional, warm and engaging service
  • Be charismatic and confident with customers
  • Demonstrate an extensive knowledge and passion for wine, & spirits, and a have a desire to learn more
  • Have a knowledge of food and be comfortable working behind a dining counter
  • Have a minimum of 6 months experience in a comparable, quality-led, restaurant bar environment
  • Always strive for excellence
  • Knowledge of stock control & procedures
  • Have conversational level spoken English
  • Love what you do!
