JOIN THE PARTY. BE PART OF THE Home OF ENTERTAINMENT.

Ready to swap the ordinary for something a little more exciting?

At Butlin's, we're not just the Home of Entertainment, we're the place where the party happens, the music plays, the drinks flow and unforgettable memories are made.

Every year, we host 24+ Big Music Weekends, welcoming around 7,000 guests per break who arrive ready to let their hair down and have an incredible time. And when the weekend isn't rocking to live music, our family breaks are packed with spectacular, world-class entertainment, including headline productions and stars from shows like The Masked Singer, Britian's Got Talent and so much more!

THIS IS WHERE YOU COME IN...

Our Bars Team is right at the heart of it all.

You're not just serving drinks. You're helping create the atmosphere.

You're part of the cheers when the show starts.
The laughs at the bar.
The celebrations that carry on into the night.
The moments our guests remember long after they've gone home.

No two shifts are the same, and that's exactly how we like it.

If you're friendly, energetic and love being around people, you'll fit right in. You don't need to be a bar expert, we'll teach you everything you need to know.

What matters most is your personality, your enthusiasm and your desire to give our guests an experience they'll never forget.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

You'll join a brilliant team that works hard, has fun and looks out for each other. You'll build confidence, learn new skills and have plenty of opportunities to grow, whether that's within our Bars Team or across the wider Butlin's resort.

Hospitality experience? Great!... Never worked behind a bar before? Even better, we'll get you up to speed.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO...

• Love being part of a busy, buzzing team
• Bring energy, enthusiasm and a can do attitude
• Enjoy meeting new people and making them feel welcome
• Take pride in creating brilliant guest experiences
• Thrive when things get lively and the pressure is on
• Are flexible and happy to work weekends and late nights

If you're looking for a job where you can meet great people, have a lot of fun, learn new skills and be at the centre of some seriously unforgettable nights, this could be the role for you.

Bring your personality. Bring your energy. Bring your best moves.

We'll bring the party.

Come and join the Butlin's Bars Team.
