The role
As the Multi-Site Manager, you will be a pivotal leader within the Buns From Home Bakery team, overseeing operations across multiple bakery sites. This dynamic role will encompass everything from financial forecasting and P&L planning to shaping the culture and values of the company through the teams you manage.
What you'll do
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple locations ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensure all sites maintain the highest standards of product quality and customer service.
- Drive operational improvements and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Forecasting for each bakery, ensuring they meet set targets.
- Oversee stock management, ensuring minimal wastage and maximizing profitability.
- P&L management
- Facilitate maximisation of sales across sites and make data driven decisions
- Ensure each site is compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee and enforce health and safety standards, ensuring all staff are trained and that all sites maintain the utmost hygiene standards.
- Conduct regular checks and audits to ensure consistent compliance.
