What you'll do

What you'll be doing

As a Sales Advisor, you'll take incoming calls from existing EE customers and:

Build great relationships through meaningful conversations
Understand customers' needs by asking the right questions
Recommend products and services that genuinely improve their experience
Help customers get the most from their technology
Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every call
Achieve individual and team performance goals

What you'll be doing

Join our Doncaster Sales Team and you'll be speaking with existing EE customers, understanding what matters most to them and matching them with the products and services that best fit their needs. From the latest smartphones and broadband packages to smart home technology and entertainment products, every conversation is an opportunity to make a genuine difference.

It's cold calling

Not here.

All calls are incoming from existing EE customers. You'll focus on understanding their needs and helping them find the right solution.

It's hard selling

Definitely not.

Customers are already interested in our products and services. Your role is to listen, understand what's important to them and help them make informed choices.
