  • Working closely with the Insurance MD to shape and deliver divisional strategy, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives and long-term growth plans.
  • Driving product, process and system improvements in collaboration with teammates across the business to enhance customer experience and commercial performance.
  • Monitoring market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to ensure our schemes remain relevant, innovative and competitive.

  • Overseeing complaints, quality assurance, audits, risk management and regulatory compliance activities to ensure high standards and strong governance across the division.
  • Creating and maintaining a strong risk-aware culture, ensuring FCA requirements, governance standards and internal controls are consistently met.
  • Leading, coaching and developing Scheme Leads and their teams, fostering a high-performance culture aligned to our values and Leadership Framework.
  • Supporting recruitment, performance management, development and succession planning to ensure we continue to build capable and engaged teams.

We'd like you to have
