• 🎓 Management experience in security and/or cleaning (essential)

• 🛡️ Front-line SIA Licence (essential)

This is a multi-site role overseeing security and cleaning services for a wide portfolio of blue-chip clients in financial services, distribution, and manufacturing across the Midlands. and further afield.

You'll be responsible for:

• 👥 Leadership & Service Delivery - Ensuring high standards in manned security and cleaning, under SIA Approved Contractor Scheme standards.

• 🤝 Client & Team Management - Building strong client relationships through site visits, meetings, and staff training.

• 📅 Scheduling & Compliance - Managing rostering (via Timegate), performance, motivation, and compliance.

• 💻 Technology & Reporting - Using advanced systems for reporting, payroll, and scheduling.

Above all, you'll ensure the retention and development of your client base.
