Head of Academy Goalkeeping

Working within a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) the successful applicant will nurture,
develop, and transition elite goalkeeping talent into the First Team pathway.

Key responsibilities:
• Lead the strategic planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of the Academy
Goalkeeping Programme.
• Manage all Academy goalkeeping coaching staff, ensuring alignment in coaching
methodologies across all phases.
• Ensure every goalkeeper receives an outstanding development experience while
creating a sustainable pathway of goalkeepers.
• Contribute to MDT processes to support holistic player development.
• Maintain positive working relationships with players, staff, and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure all coaching sessions, player reviews, and individual development plans are
accurately documented in accordance with EPPP requirements using the Club's
software (e.g., PMA, Kitman Labs, and Hudl).

• Positively represent the culture and values of the Academy in every interaction.
• Maintain professional boundaries at all times, adhere strictly to operational policies
• Undertake any other reasonable duties, as requested by your Line Manager.
• Work within and adhere to all Academy policies and procedures, maintaining a strong
understanding of Bradford City AFC's culture and values.
