Greengrocer

You will already be a natural when it comes to customer service however, with our bespoke training you will become an expert in delighting our customers with our warm northern welcome and creating a magical shopping experience for our customers.

As a Greengrocer you will be responsible for the day to day running of our Produce department. You will be responsible for the quality, presentation and customer experience in all fresh produce and horticulture areas of store, working fresh produce, delivery, quality checks and delivering our instore tastings. Our customers will be your main focus, and everything you do will be with their shopping experience in mind. If they're happy, then we're happy - and that's what Booths is all about.

Rate: £12.80

This is a part time position with a contract of 20 hours per week.

As part of your contract, we ask for availability that is, as a minimum, one and a half times your weekly hours. For example, if you were on a 10-hour contract, we would ask for 15 hours of availability. This doesn't mean you will work 15 hours (unless there is overtime available, and this may be offered to you) but your shifts may be placed anywhere within the availability you provide. This helps us build fair, consistent rotas, and ensures we can meet customer demand across the week. With this role being in Retail, you must also be available to work one late night and one weekend day per week.

You will have at least 2 weeks' notice of when your shifts will be. If you can't exactly match the hours and days we are looking for, this can be discussed. We are always happy to hear from you.
