Replenishment Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for a Replenishment Supervisor to join our team at Junction One International Outlet Shopping, Antrim! This is a permanent, part time role, offering 24 hours per week and will require the flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings and at weekends.

As a Replenishment Supervisor you will support the Replenishment Manager to ensure the warehouse, store fill levels and stock control are maintained to ensure the best store standards are delivered for our customers.

You will also:

• Provide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills and knowledge.
• Support the management team to ensure the warehouse is kept clean,& organised
• Ensure that all staff are complaint with our Health & Safety policies
• Operate & deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
• Be passionate about delivering great customer service!

Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, focused & driven team players with a passion for retail & delivering great service!

It is essential that applicants have the following

• Experience supervising/managing a small team, in a fast paced retail environment
• Strong organisational skills
• The ability to think on your feet
• A flexible approach and a 'can do' attitude
