We're looking for a driven and hands-on Replenishment Manager to join our Brown Lennox store. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who thrives on organisation, enjoys developing teams and takes pride in delivering excellent availability and operational standards.

As a key member of the store management team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring products are available for customers whenever they visit. Leading your replenishment team from the front, you'll oversee stock flow, deliveries and replenishment activity, ensuring the store remains well-stocked, organised and ready to trade.

• Leading the replenishment operation to ensure excellent product availability across the store.
• Managing deliveries efficiently, ensuring stock is worked safely and accurately.
• Driving high standards of stock control, organisation and housekeeping in both the warehouse and on the shop floor.
• Planning and prioritising workload to ensure the store is fully stocked and ready to trade.
• Monitoring availability and taking action to address stock-related issues.
• Coaching, motivating and developing colleagues to maximise team performance.
• Supporting wider store operations and collaborating with the management team to achieve business goals.
• Maintaining compliance with health & safety and operational procedures.
