Staff Cafe Assistant

Bettys & Taylors Group are looking for a Staff Café Assistant to join us at our busy on-site Café where we provide high-quality meals and café service to our employees, visitors, and contractors.

As a Staff Café Assistant you will work as part of a team to carry out a variety of day-to-day tasks required in the Staff Café to deliver to a high volume of employees throughout the day. All training will be provided.

• You will ideally have experience of working in a busy kitchen.
• A good understanding of food preparation and cooking procedures.
• You will be a good team player, hardworking with a care for doing a good job.

The role includes

• Food preparation and service
• Receiving deliveries
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
• Upholding our food safety standards and health and safety policies
• Assisting with KP duties

Working pattern

This is a full-time role working 40 hours, Monday to Friday. There is a two-week rotating shift pattern as follows.

• Week one: Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 14.30pm
• Week two: Monday - Thursday, 12:00pm - 20:00pm and 11:30am - 19:30pm on a Friday
