Regional Accountant

As an integral part of the overall Regional team, you will report to the Regional Finance Director and will have regular contact with the Regional Managing Director. You will be part of the team responsible for providing and analysing both financial and non-financial information to support the control and management of the Region's 5 divisions. You will help monitor regional results, budgets and forecasts along with providing and consolidating information and answering enquiries for our Group Management.

Responsibilities:

• Part of the team responsible for providing and analysing both financial and non-financial information to support the control and management of the Region's 5 divisions.
• You will support the Regional Financial Director- Southern primarily, in helping monitor regional results, budgets and forecasts along with providing and consolidating information and answering queries for Group.
• Update of month-end reporting schedules requiring review and discussion with functional teams of the Divisions across Finance / Commercial / Sales / Land in particular.
• Preparation of weekly sales reporting for Group and Division.
• Assistance with preparing presentations for Group reviews with senior management on a regular cycle.
• Other ad-hoc reporting and information analysis as required.
