As an Assistant Manager/Manager at Azets, you will have the ability and motivation needed to:

• Oversee and manage a strong client portfolio with a high level of client responsibility and interaction.
• Deliver service, revenue and profitability targets both personally and as part of the wider Private Client team
• Foster enduring client relationships
• Provide a wide range of Private Client Tax advice and compliance support to your diverse portfolio of clients
• Engage proactively with clients on tax advice opportunities and personally oversee and deliver the required guidance and support
• Liaise with clients to resolve queries and meet their needs
• Work as part of the Private Client team and wider Aberdeen office in meeting our objectives and deadlines
• Review the work of junior team members and support with their training and development
• Monitor your own utilisation, productivity and WIP and manage your own workload
• Be confident in providing guidance and feedback to others in the team
