Liaise regularly with training providers to coordinate progress reviews, learner assessments, programme documentation, end-point assessment preparation and compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate learner records and programme documentation, ensuring apprenticeship, funding and compliance requirements are always met and audit ready.
Support the administration of apprenticeship levy funding, CITB grants, off-the-job training records and associated provider documentation, ensuring deadlines and reporting requirements are achieved.
Produce, analyse and maintain programme reports and management information, tracking key metrics including recruitment, retention, completion, progression, diversity and programme effectiveness.
Support the attraction, recruitment and onboarding of apprentices, graduates, placements and work experience students, including candidate communications, assessment activities and recruitment events.
Coordinate and deliver education and community engagement activities, including school, college and university partnerships, STEM initiatives, work experience programmes, T Level placements and employer branding campaigns.
Support the delivery of learning, skills and workforce capability initiatives by coordinating workshops, development events, learning suppliers, communications, programme evaluation, skills-gap analysis and continuous improvement activities, while providing project and administrative support across wider workforce development programmes.
Skills and Experience:
Strong organisational and programme coordination skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Relationship-building and stakeholder management capability.
Coaching and pastoral support skills for young people and early careers colleagues.
Recruitment and candidate management skills.
Data management, reporting and analytical skills.
