This role is great for people who love to lead, who communicate brilliantly, establishing strong relationships across Aviva and who can, with support from the Head of Audit and Financial Risk Audit Director, deliver our financial internal audit plan.
Location: Bristol / York / Birmingham / Glasgow / Leatherhead / Eastleigh
In Internal Audit we focus on what matters for Aviva's success. We continuously refine our knowledge and understanding of the risks that matter; those which affect our business and customers. We couple this knowledge and judgement with strong collaborative relationships to inform our audit assignments, enabling us to influence management and motivate change.
Reporting to the Head of Audit, the Senior Audit Manager will be a key member of the Financial Risk Internal Audit team, owning key relationships across the business, and providing financial / technical support across Internal Audit teams. You will support the assessment of the effectiveness of our control framework and report to Senior Management on risk management and control efficiency through delivery of a portfolio of various audits and assurance work.
We're inclusive and welcome everyone - we want applications from all backgrounds and experiences. Excited but not sure you tick every box? Even if you don't, we would still encourage you to apply. We also consider all forms of flexible working, including part time and job shares.
We flex locations, hours and working patterns to suit our customers, business, and you. Most of our people are smart working - spending at least 50% of their time in our offices every week - combining the benefits of flexibility, with time together with colleagues.
