The role

Career
You're already established within Financial Planning and are now approaching the point of becoming a fully qualified Financial Planner. You're looking for a role that bridges the final step, offering deeper client responsibility, advanced technical exposure, and a clear, supported route into an adviser position in the near term.

About the role
This role is centred around client relationship management and adviser development. You will work closely with a Financial Planner with a substantial client base, gaining exposure to high‑net‑worth clients and complex planning scenarios.

Over an expected one to two year development period. You will build the practical skills required to succeed, including how to engage and advise clients, develop your professional network, and contribute to lead generation, preparing you for a successful transition into an adviser role.

What you'll do

  • Manage day‑to‑day client relationships, ensuring all requests are handled promptly and proactively.

  • Prepare for, attend, and follow up on client meetings, ensuring all post‑meeting actions are completed.

  • Review existing financial plans to ensure they continue to meet client needs.

  • Write financial planning reports as part of the onboarding process.

  • Review suitability reports and provide technical input for client meetings.

  • Prepare detailed cashflow reports.

  • Liaise with the admin and paraplanning teams to ensure work progresses smoothly.

  • Support occasional suitability report writing during peak periods.

  • Attend networking events and begin building your professional profile.

  • Use AI‑driven systems (including Saturn) to support analysis, modelling, and workflow efficiency as part of your daily work.

This is an integral role offering exceptional exposure, development, and mentorship. You will be supported through our Junior Financial Planner pathway, giving you a structured and achievable route to becoming an adviser.
