Site Manager

Astute's Contract team is partnering with a UK District Heating / Utilities Infrastructure company to recruit a Site Manager on a 12-month contract for its Clapham, London site.

The Site Manager role comes with a day rate of £350-£450 per day. The IR35 determination has not been confirmed yet however, it's likely to be Outside IR35.

This role requires an ASAP start - candidates with over a month notice period will not be considered.

Key Skills required for the Site Manager role:

• 5+ years in a site management or supervision position within the civils, utilities or infrastructure industry
• A successful track record of full project delivery including overseeing the civils, mechanical and electrical works
• Able to review and approve RAMS, permit to works including excavation, lifting, confined space and hot works

Qualifications Required:

Must haves:

• SMSTS
• CSCS or Supervisor Card
• First Aid
• NRSWA Supervisor card
• UK drivers license

Desirables:

• Temporary works coordinator
• MCIOB
