The role

We are growing our Human Factors capability and are looking for experienced consultants to deliver HF assessment and advisory services across major infrastructure programmes.

This role combines technical delivery with influence, embedding Human Factors into engineering, safety and operational decision making.

What You’ll Do

HF Technical Delivery

Deliver HF assessments across Safety Case, design and operational contexts
Apply qualitative and quantitative HF methods proportionately
Influence design decisions and safety arguments through HF insight
Support hazard analysis, task analysis and human reliability activities
Work across multidisciplinary teams and client organisations
Communicate complex HF insights clearly to technical and non technical audiences

Qualifications

Background in Human Factors, ergonomics or applied psychology
