The role

What you'll do

📋 Lead the planning, production and management of project schedules across complex programmes.
⏱️ Coordinate work packages, track progress against milestones and manage resource planning.
🤝 Oversee and review sub-contractor programmes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project objectives.
📢 Engage with stakeholders to report on progress, risks, opportunities and project changes.
📝 Support bid and proposal activities through manhour estimating and project planning input.
📊 Produce clear project reporting, including critical path analysis and performance metrics for senior leadership.

Qualifications

✅ What We're Looking For:

🖥️ Intermediate-level Primavera P6 experience (essential).
📈 Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
🚀 Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
💬 Excellent communication skills, able to clearly present project progress and key risks.
🔍 Strong attention to detail with the confidence to challenge and review contractor submissions.🎯

Desirable Experience:

📑 Proven experience planning projects under NEC4 contracts (particularly Option A & Option C).
🏗️ Background in major infrastructure design and build projects.
⚛️ Experience within the Nuclear or Defence sectors is highly desirable.
