Overview

We're working with an agile, data-driven organisation made up of four distinct business units, all currently undergoing significant transformation. They're looking for a Security Project Manager who can lead cross-functional teams, coordinate a wide range of initiatives, and ensure delivery within a complex and fast-moving environment.

This is a 6-month contract that will see you take ownership of planning, leading, and delivering high-impact work - particularly focused on CI/CD implementation, Agile delivery, and stakeholder governance.

You don't need deep security expertise, but you should be confident managing Agile teams within a technical, DevOps-heavy environment.

The Role

• Drive delivery across squads focused on security and data services

• Operate as both Scrum Master and Project Manager - working with SREs, engineers, and developers

• Implement and govern Agile frameworks, ensuring best practice across squads

• Ensure coordination across multiple workstreams, managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholders

• Help standardise ways of working, leaving behind clear CI/CD pipelines and procedures

• Work closely with senior stakeholders - strong communication and soft skills are essential

What They're Looking For

• Proven experience managing Agile/Scrum teams in technical environments

• Strong coordination and leadership skills across multiple teams and stakeholders

• Ability to hit the ground running and operate autonomously

• Experience in CI/CD implementation and improving delivery frameworks

• Comfortable content-switching and adapting to multiple business units

• Familiarity with DevOps, security programmes, or data services is a bonus

• A pragmatic, people-first mindset - culture fit is key

• Large transformation programme - 10+ additional hires incoming

• Mostly remote, with 1-2 days in the office depending on location/team needs
