Team Administrator

We are looking for a proactive Construction Team Administrator to help keep our construction projects running smoothly.

Whether you're a recent graduate ready to kick-start your career or an experienced administrator looking for your next move, this is your opportunity to join a fast-paced, supportive team delivering quality projects.

This role is fully office based role (5 days) at the Arora Group head office in Heathrow Area.

What You'll Be Doing

• Intense Team Diary Management inculding holidays
• Supporting project managers and site teams.
• Managing project documents, contracts & compliance records.
• Processing purchase orders and invoices.
• Coordinating meetings and maintaining schedules.
• Handling client and supplier communications.
• Keeping systems, trackers and reports up to date.

What We're Looking For

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Confident using Microsoft Office.
• A proactive, can-do attitude.
• Construction experience is a bonus - not essential.
• Someone who enjoys a fast paced and quick moving environment and can think on their feet.
