Holiday Inn Express and Crowne Plaza Terminal 4 is a dual brand hotel connected to terminal 4 via a covered walkway. It is directly connected to the underground, mainline and Elizabeth line. One side is the Holiday Inn London Heathrow Express featuring 457 bedrooms, an express bar and café, offering all-day dining with simple, honest food, and a lively bar. The other side is the upscale Crowne Plaza London- Heathrow Hotel with 304 elegant bedrooms, 13 suites and 4 high-tech meeting rooms. The hotel boasts a variety of exciting food and beverage outlets, including a Club Lounge and offers a 24-hour fitness studio. It has ample parking for both guests and employees.

A bit about what you will do...

Night security Officers in our team always ensure a safe and secure environment for both guests and employees of our hotel and grounds during the night.

Assisting our Security Manger put security measures in place for the visits of guests and VIPs to the hotel and surrounding area.

Monitoring surveillance cameras and assisting with investigations when necessary.

Carry out security patrols ensuring no unauthorised access in matters involving security, fire and health & safety.

Conduct random checks of key registers and locker checks to ensure the hotel's policies are adhered to and report on discrepancies.

Ensure no undesirables loiter in or around the hotel premises.

Be alert for any unusual packages, guests or vehicles and advise security manager.

Ability to be correct, secure and courteous in handling any disciplinary or criminal cases.

Most of all, you will have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner.
Hotel experience in a similar role would be a real advantage.
SIA Licence a must.
