Chef de parties in our teams create a culinary experience for our guests through an eye for detail and passion for flavours.

Running a busy section in the kitchen.

Ability to cook delicious dishes to a very high standard.

Ensure that presentation, taste, texture and quality are always maintained.

Help impart your knowledge to junior chefs.
