The role
- Analyse and interpret data to support commercial decision-making.
- Assist with tender preparation, submissions and commercial documentation.
- Support the implementation of new processes, projects and business initiatives.
- Work closely with internal teams to gather and present relevant information.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting.
- Provide wider support across procurement, supply chain and commercial activities.
How you'll work
Location: Cardiff, Wales (hybrid)
About You
- Graduate-level or junior professional with a strong academic or early-career background.
- Confident working with data, spreadsheets and numerical information.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proactive attitude with the confidence to use your own initiative.
- An interest in developing a career within the commercial or energy sector.
- Previous implementation experience would be advantageous.
- Experience in procurement, supply chain, sales or a wider commercial environment would also be beneficial.
The Opportunity
- Day rate of £180-£220, depending on experience.
- Hybrid working arrangement.

We're working with an established business within the energy sector that is looking to bring in a bright, commercially minded individual to support its growing team in Cardiff.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at graduate or junior level who has strong data skills, enjoys working with information and is keen to develop a career within a commercial environment. You will also be working closely with the Head of Procurement so it is a great opportuniuty to learn under the tutelage of an experienced procurement professional.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting commercial activity, analysing data, helping the business deliver effective tender, and implementation processes.
