Solicitor/Associate - Employment and Pensions

• Birmingham, located roles, we have a newly refurbished office in the City centre with an on-site café and free use of Gym facilities
• For Manchester vacancies, we have a City Central site, with newly refurbished facilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on client matters, delivering clear, commercially focused advice
• Managing own caseload of employment tribunal claims
• Ensure high standards of service and compliance
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser
• Draft, review and negotiate legal documentation with accuracy

Skills & Expertise

• Strong technical knowledge of Employment and/or Pensions law
• Experience managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision
• Drafting and negotiation skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
