Relations with developers, builders, and installers depending on the phase of the project.
Technical after-sales support: customer service and commissioning of after-sales installations. Technical assistance to the different channels (developer, builder, installer, etc.). Coordination of technical after-sales.
Project manager at the construction site (installation monitoring).
Support for marketing strategies.
Collection management and incident monitoring.
Regular management reports (customer visits, offers made, etc.).
Intermediation between customers and manufacturing.
