- Data & Budgeting: Collaborate with senior engineers to review facility performance data and assist in the preparation of Opex and Capex budgets by collating costs to support capital investment cases;
- Sustainability & Improvement: Identify and support the rollout of key sustainability initiatives, such as energy-efficiency upgrades and carbon-reduction projects, to meet Airbus's environmental objectives;
- Performance Tracking: Develop robust skills in data evaluation by tracking the impact of facility modifications, reporting on sustainability metrics, and defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as maintenance downtime;
- Tendering & Specifications: Contribute to tender documentation by providing specification requirements in line with relevant installation standards;
- Compliance & Safety: Participate in site audits, safety reviews, and future-planning sessions, proactively identifying and addressing any non-compliance with policies to ensure operations remain secure and optimized for growth.
